Worley Fire Foundation, Inc.

"Serving those who protect our community"
Mission
The Worley Fire Foundation is the official nonprofit arm of the Worley Fire Protection District. Entirely volunteer supported, the foundation was created in 2022 to assist the Worley Fire District in bridging critical funding gaps. Idaho legislation only provides for an annual maximum 3% increase in funding for a fire district regardless of the growth in the community. Over 85% of the Worley Fire budget is allocated towards personnel costs, leaving less than 15% to cover the cost of managing five stations, apparatus replacement and maintenance and life safety costs.
Every donation, no matter what amount, directly impacts the Worley Fire Protection District and affects their ability to keep our community safe. All donations translate into new apparatus, personal protective equipment (PPE), tools, and equipment. In recent years, inflation has had a tremendous impact on the Fire District and its ability to update outdated safety equipment and apparatus. When you give to the Worley Fire Foundation, you can do so with confidence knowing your donation funds the critical emergency medical services and fire protection needs of our local community.
